Weekly Tips: My booty exercises

Due to popular demand (I do read your emails and comments) I decided to do a weekly tip video on some quick workouts for the booty! Nothing crazy, just some easy beginner stuff. They all mainly target the butt and can be done anywhere except for the weighted exercise. Hope you all try them because there is nothing sexier than a cute perky butt (on both guys and gals).

Remember, I’m no fitness guru but these work for me and I have no doubt they will work for you! Try to push yourself and do them everyday and always increase your reps by one. You will be so surprised in a couple weeks how many reps you can actually do and most importantly the results!

    I like your blogs about the fittness.. I just need a help, even I have put on weight and I don’t know how to loose my weight.. everyone says to control eating.. but I can’t.. need an suggestion what to do..
