All citrus has some similarities in benefits and some have distinct characteristics that make them the perfect treat to stay healthy, happy and hydrated this summer.

Infuse oranges in your water, add to a blender for a delicious smoothie, or reach for these for a sweet snack as is.

Lemons are obviously not one of those fruits most people want to peel open and bit right into, but these little bright citrus fruits contain good amounts of vitamin C, citric acid, flavonoids, B-complex vitamins, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and fiber. In fact, Lemons contain more potassium than apples or grapes provide, which is healthy for your heart. Infusing lemon in your water is the most common way to get all the health benefits, but using lemons in recipes is also a great way to use them.
