Who doesn’t want to look their best in their bikini bottoms this summer?! I’m pretty sure we all do. Well, to do so it’s going to take a bit of work, but will be totally worth it when you catch heads turning on the beach. These are the best summer booty workouts to look and feel your best this summer!
- Kettle Bell Swings
Kettle Bell swings are a go-to workout because they work out your booty, quads, hamstrings, and even your arms and core. If you only have time for one workout this summer, do Kettle Bell Swings! At least 15 reps with as much weight is challenging, but not overbearing. Consistency is key!
2. Donkey Kicks
With hands and knees on the mat, kick one leg back at a time up in the air… should look like a donkey kicking! This workout targets your hamstring and glute muscles. Do as many as you can with or without weights! To mix things up, you can do a straight leg, bent leg, then leg straight out to the side to activate those hips more.
3. Good ol’ Squats
Let’s not stray from the classics. This post isn’t about new workouts, it’s about what actually WORKS for getting your booty in tip top shape! If you have access to a gym, you can do many different squat variations. You may use a bar around your shoulders, a sit-down machine, or simply squat when you are at home with whatever you can find for weights.

4. Lunges
Lunges are a great workout for your booty, leg, and core. Incorporate either walking lunges, or stand still lunges into your workout routine for the best summer booty. You can even add weights for an extra challenge!
