February is the perfect month to make this Cupid Martini, a Valentine’s Day craft cocktail. It’s a fun cocktail for a girl’s Valentine’s hang out or perfect for a cozy night in with your love. The great thing about this martini is you can enjoy it any day of the year too!
To make this martini, you will need some Kombucha.
Have you heard of Kombucha before? If not, Kombucha is a fermented tea that has been around for thousands of years. It has the same health benefits as tea, and it’s also rich in beneficial probiotics. This fermented tea will give your martini a little healthy spin. It also reduces all the sugar from juices that are usually in cocktails.
The frozen raspberries in this recipe take the flavor of this martini to a whole other level. It is such a fantastic idea to add fresh fruits into your martinis to add flavor and reduce the amount of sugar.
Hibiscus Kombucha
If you don’t have hibiscus Kombucha where you are, you can substitute any red berry Kombucha for this recipe. There are so many incredible flavors out there, so let your imagination run wild.
I used one once of a raspberry cranberry juice mix, but you can omit this and use more Kombucha. You can also substitute the raspberry cranberry juice blend for plain cranberry juice.
Need it sweeter?
If you like a sweeter martini, you could add some stevia (to keep sugars levels down), agave, or simple syrup to sweeten.
I hope you have a great time mixing the Cupid martini, a beautiful Valentine’s Day craft cocktail for your loved ones! It will be a hit for sure!
Happy Valentines Day.
