- Use Rosehip and Oils, religiously
The beauty buzz on Rose Hip is that it’s now being called the “new coconut oil”, but the truth is there’s nothing new about it. In fact, Rosehip oil has been used for centuries by the ancient Egyptians, Mayans and Native Americans for healing and skin care. Rosehip oil is full of vitamins, antioxidants and essential fatty acids that brighten skin, correcting dark spots, hydrate dry skin, and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. If you’re looking to keep your summer glow, Rose hip oil is a must for your beauty bag.

To keep your Summer glow from head to toe, you can’t forget about your lovely locks. After a long summer in the sun at beaches, in chlorinated pools and at festivals with your hair exposed, your strands can be left dull and faded. The best way to keep your hair healthy after a Summer of fun in the sun starts in the shower. Use a healthy gentle Shampoo, one that won’t strip your hair of its natural oils but that will protect your strands (and color if you need it) and will even add oils and vitamins back into your scalp. Use a moisturizing conditioner, and a moisturizing mask 3-5 times per week. If you can get away with it, try to go a few days during the week without applying heat products to your hair, and rock a hat with your outfit on the days you’re in the sun.
