However, many shampoos on the market are crammed with chemicals and ingredients that are harmful to our health in the short and long term. Many of the shampoos contain sulfates and chemicals that are harmful to our bodies and the fibers of our hair. Many shampoos cause clogging of pores and strip the hair of its natural oils. Use a minimal amount of shampoo in the shower, only the necessary amount to clean your scalp and try to avoid shampooing every single day.

With continual photo shoots, business meetings, dates, or going out with friends, there always tends to be some reason most days my hair cannot be in a sloppy bun on the top of my head.
