This is such an easy and yummy quiche recipe (recipe by Nicole Gomez) that I had my friend Chis make it to show you that anyone can make this! This was his first time cooking.
Check it out and hope you try it at home.
Ingredients:
Pre baked pastry shell or pie crust (frozen section)
1 cup favorite shredded cheese
1/2 cup of black forest ham ( or other meat of your choice)
1 handful of spinach (sautéed)
3 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup of milk
Directions:
Pre-heat over at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
In a sauce pan add a teaspoon of Grapeseed oil, your meat, and spinach (or other veggies you want to throw in) and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
In a blender, add one cup of heavy cream and one cup of milk and three eggs and mix for 3 minutes until mixture is frothy.
Add a layer of cheese and half your cooked ingredients to the pastry shell or pie crust.
Pour half your egg mixture on top.
Add another layer of cheese and the remaining cooked ingredients to the pie crust and top with the rest of the egg mixture.
Bake in the over at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour – 1:10 min until cooked inside and the top is golden brown.
*Don’t be alarmed if there is a little runny water as that is normal.
