Some people love flying, the exciting take-off, relaxing entertainment and the thrill of where they are going next. Many others, however, simply hate it. Long lines, crowded crammed seats and trying to sit still for hours can be a bit of a dreaded experience. Whether you are someone who loves flying or not, or maybe a little bit of both, flying doesn’t have to take a toll on your beauty.
The key to stepping off the plane refreshed is to stay moisturized. All of these products help your skin, lips, and hair shine and stay full of life. Flying in a plane has restricted air, and being out of fresh air for hours can cause your skin to dry up. Keeping a heavy moisturizer on your face, hands, and other exposed skin is a good way to make sure your skin doesn’t try up or break out when you get to where you are going.
Sleeping on a plane can be difficult. If you want to wake up well-rested when you land, try a silk face mask, it will be gentle on your eyes and skin and help you block out all the light. Another good sleeping trick is to take magnesium, a natural supplement that can help you rest better, and to put headphones in to block out any noise.
Apply a lip balm every hour or so to keep your lips hydrated. Lips can dry out easily when flying, so ensure that you keep them well-cared for with a hydrated lip blam with a bit of a tint.
A common issue with flying is the air can be stale, a refreshing face mist can bring you back down to the earth and cool you right off. The soothing scent of roses is also aromatherapeutic. A small squirt bottle won’t take up much space in your carry on but can make all the difference.
Planes and hair just do not seem to get along. Having your hair rub against the headrest during your flight can cause your hair to be frizzy or unruly. Applying a dry oil to your hair can calm your frizz without making your hair oily or greasy looking.
