Cute/Casual Lady in Red Look

I was once told by an older Korean lady that red was a color of bad luck for me and that I should wear more white and green. Maybe thats the case but the warning came a little too late. My wardrobe is full of red and luckily greens, whites, browns and of course purple. I even have some pink in there because I’m trying to expand my horizons.

Today I have a shoot so I had to get all done up. Hair, makeup and dress girly-ish…. always a feat for me because I have gotten quite used to my gym gear and sun screen being the only face makeup I apply. But I do think its great to dress up every once in a while so I remember that YES I am a lady contrary to some of the names the lovely “internet folks” give me (I’m smirking, relax, I think it’s funny).

Since I am crunched for time I’m not gonna write as much as I ususally do but here is my OUTFIT OF THE DAY details and MAKEUP BREAKDOWN. I kept it pretty simple.

I bought this Romper from Nastygal.com a while back and while they don’t have the same one anymore they have similar ones in the same amazing red! Like this one.

I recently got caramel highlights at KTLO Salon in Vegas and I love it!

I love the back of this romper its so cute and girly with the red lace.

For shoes I paired this kinda dressy romper with a very casual pair of nude Toms sandals. The color elongates your legs so us short people look taller 😉 it worked no?? legs long long…
