Nashville is one of my new favorite places to visit, this year. The fall season is beautiful with the changing trees, and it is such a vibrant and lively city that there is always so much to do and see. I loved visiting Nashville because there is so much to explore. I just returned from Nashville a few days ago, and it was another amazing time where the Music City did not disappoint. Check out more from my week in Nashville for where I stayed, dined and enjoyed some nightlife…
Accommodations
For my week in Nashville, I wanted to stay somewhere that was off the tourist path, but that was still in the midst of good culture, nightlife, and had a welcoming vibe. The Kimpton Aertson Hotel in Nashville was indulgently comfortable and had a light-hearted modern feel to it making it a fun place to call home for the week. Complete with a gym, rooftop pool and bar, and unique artwork, there was never a dull moment during my stay.
Dining
Rolf and Daughters is the best restaurant in Nashville! They had it all– amazing food, great service, and a cool vibe. With their seasonal menu, small and intimate atmosphere and seriously delicious food, Rolf and Daughters is definitely a place to add to your list when in Nashville.
Butcher and the Bee restaurant has great salads and sandwiches that sources fresh from local farmers. The look and taste of their food and restaurant show it! The restaurant has a community feel which is so important to me when traveling. I had their pulled pork sandwiches, and whipped feta which was amazing!
Biscuit Love is another awesome place to eat when in Nashville. Unfortunately, the line was too long when we went there, but we heard great reviews, and I’ll be sure to check it out my next time in Nashville!
Nightlife & Entertainment
Attaboy is a cool speakeasy with custom cocktails, a bit of a wait but totally worth it!
It was so fun celebrating Halloween in Nashville, the locals definitely got into the holiday spirit with decorations, costumes, and pumpkin carving.
Another great bar we went to during my week in Nashville was Urban Cowboy public house. If you’re looking for a bar with an authentic Nashville feel and great cocktails, definitely check out Urban Cowboy.
