This is a super cute dish to bring to holiday parties that have all the flavors of fall and winter!! Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Pumkin, Maple….

Cupcakes:
1 1/3 flour
1/2 tsp bakin powder
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup chopped walnuts (toasted)
1 tsp organic maple syrup
Maple-Cream Cheese frosting:
4 oz (half a packet of cream cheese, softened)
1/4 cup butter (softened)
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2tsp organic maple syrup
Directions:
Heat over to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat 1/2 cup butter and granulated sugar with mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Beat in flour mixture alternatively with milk. Stir in 3/4 cup walnuts and 1 tsp organic maple syrup. Divide batter evenly into mini cupcake cups. Bake 17 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on baking racks.
In a medium bowl beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup butter until blended. Gradually add sugar and 1/2 tsp maple syrup and beat until smooth. Frost cupcakes and garnish with raw sugar or walnuts.
