My pilates class: Burning that vacation fat away!

Hey guys, hopefully your week is going well!

I wanted to share with you guys a little of what my typical pilates workout is at Malibu Beach Pilates. Today, I took my roommate Madison and she did fantastic for her first time trying pilates! If you’ve never tried a class, I highly recommend it. It helps keep you lean, toned and strong and you will work muscles you never new you had.

    Starting to get lean and fit! However, I do have back issues. Any way you can customize a personal workout for me? Something easy on my back but still firm on that bootymeat? Love your tips! Xoxo
