Refreshing Low-Cal Raspberry Cocktail Recipe

No summer day is complete without a light and refreshing cocktail. Whether you are hosting a party for friends, lounging by the pool catching some rays or are just looking to cool off, this raspberry cocktail is a favorite of mine for Summer. This recipe is wonderful because it is low-cal, uses natural sugar and there is nothing in here to be ashamed of here. Using fresh raspberries, lime, maple syrup, and your alcohol of choice, this recipe is a go-to and easy to love.

What you will need:

  • 1.4 ounces vodka
  • 5-6 fresh raspberries
  • 4oz fresh-squeezed lemonade
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

What you’ll do:

  1. Muddle Raspberries into a shaker with maple syrup
  2. Add lemonade, ice and vodka into a shaker, shake well (don’t forget to smile)
  3. Pour and serve with a straw and garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon wedge
  4. Grab a seat by the pool, relax and enjoy 🙂
